• A wiki would be great for co-ordinating workgroup activities, good for discussion groups and for adding and editing topics for conferences and meetings.
• I liked the way the Book Lovers Wiki feedback from patrons was categorized into sections making it easier to read. It was also interesting looking at the Library Sucess best practice wiki and comparing versions of the wiki over time
